TTSI can rebuild damaged or corroded chiller tube sheets to prevent major and expensive chiller repairs. Heads and tube sheets are sand blasted to remove any rust and corrosion and prepare the surface. Tube sheets are then built up with a metal building epoxy to an even surface, filling any pitting or voids between the tubes and the tube sheets. After addressing corroded areas, epoxy coatings are applied to the heads, tube sheets, and water boxes to seal the surfaces against further corrosion.
